Seok Chern has been in the IT industry for the past 5 years. He holds a bachelor degree in IT from Northumbria University (UK).He pioneered his own web hosting firm – TCPAccess Dot Com in his early varsity days. He was also successfully selected to join the Microsoft Malaysia Student Partners program (formerly known as Microsoft Student Ambassador)

His technical proficiency track record covers winning the coveted Astro Technologenius 2007 competition which paved way for him in representing Malaysia at the Global Youth Forum at Geneva, Switzerland (Organized by Global Alliance for ICT & Development - GAID).He and his programming team also clinched the 2nd runner-up for Microsoft Malaysia’s Imagine Cup 2008 Software Design category.

Combined with his training and programming competition experience, Seok Chern is also a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in Windows Server 2003 and a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) recognized by the EC-Council academy.
