Microsoft annouced the availabilty of beta Visual Studio 2010  .Net Framework 4.0.

There is a lot of new cool features and general improvement in the User Interface. For example, Architect edition supports UML with great visualization, Team Foundation Server (TFS) now has visualize source heirachy and allows you to drag and drop changeset from braches.
