The long waiting Visual Studio 2010 release date was review by 1 of the Microsoft staff Developer Division’s Marketing and Communications Manager Rob Caron’s blog.

The official release date for Visual Studio 2010 will be on 12 April 2010.

In the upcoming month- February, Visual Studio Release Candidate (RC) will be release to the public and give the visual studio team the feedback before it went to RTM.
